The goals for this redevelopment sought to transform an under-utilized village into a downtown destination. The true “Main Street” environment incorporates parkways, plazas, and pocket parks along with spaces for residential and retail, with an axis grounded at one end with a fountain circle, and a lakefront promenade connection at the other.
