Cayl Hollis

As a project manager, Cayl maintains close relationships with both clients and design teams during project development. He works with clients to ensure that program, cost, and design schedule requirements are met and communicates these goals to design teams, effectively managing the design and technical process.
Cayl led the team on the restoration/renovation of the historic Blackstone Hotel through to completion. He is currently managing the team on X|O, a two-tower residential project in Chicago’s South Loop and 630 West Washington, a 24-story residential building in Chicago’s West Loop.
Throughout his 20-plus years in the profession, Cayl has worked extensively in historic restoration/renovation, new construction, and urban planning and design, and has served as designer, project architect, and project manager on various commercial, banking, institutional, and residential projects.
Cayl received his Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University.
