Alfredo O. Marr, AIA
Principal
Alfredo Marr brings more than 20 years of successful experience to his role as project manager with Lucien Lagrange Architects. His expertise is broad-based and results-oriented, enhanced by his technical and analytical skills and ability to clearly articulate problems and formulate solutions.
Alfredo is currently managing the redevelopment of Chicago Union Station, the adaptive reuse of 208 South LaSalle into a boutique hotel and conference center, Ten East Delaware, a luxury condominium located on the Gold Coast, and a mixed-use twin-tower development in Romania, totaling over 1,600,000 square feet.
Before joining Lucien Lagrange Architects, Alfredo spent nine years with Teng & Associates in Chicago. As project manager, he worked on the IRS Realignment at the J.C. Kluczynski Federal Building, Hotel Sofitel Chicago Water Tower, and the Chicago Tribune Freedom Center Expansion. Additionally, Alfredo served as both project manager and project architect on the Micro & Nanotechnology Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Alfredo received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
